LITTLE things BIG problems

Children with vivid imaginations often experience fears related to darkness, unusual noises, storms, large animals, and strangers. These fears can lead to intense anxiety and nervousness, resulting in behaviours such as crying and seeking comfort and protection from adults. This picture book tells the story of a little boy with a rich imagination who becomes frightened by the animals he sees on television, and the reaction of his brain and organism to something so ordinary to others. The purpose of the book is to point the reader to the psychological health of our kids and that they often don't share their fears with the adults, which leads to bigger phobias in future.

Technique used: traditional (pencil) and digital illustration techniques
